The hotel she suggested and we stayed in (Blue Tree Hotel) was so beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view of the city! The front desk workers were some of the best service I have ever had.

Tata’s knowledge of travel was an incredible asset during our stay in Brazil. Her expertise on where to go, where to stay and what to do created a unique and wonderful time while we traveled there.

Tata suggested phenomenal hotels to stay in that were charming, luxurious and beautiful while we were in Ilhabela. The staff were helpful, polite and always professional. The two places we stayed each had to-die-for views and were plush with nature surrounding it.They each had water accessibility which was important to us to be able to swim, kayak and walk along. We wanted to witness the beauty of Brazil while feeling relaxed and her suggestions of places to stay were perfect for that.

We also appreciated her listening to us of what we wanted to do. We wanted anadventurous, active first day filled with sight seeing and she led us to the perfect tour of the island. Then we wanted more relaxing places to go for the day and she had great options for us to choose from. We had the balance of active sight seeing while also resting and taking in the beautiful sights around us.

Our trip was also filled with wonderful dining with great thanks to Tata! We ate like royalty.

We had seafood that was top notch with views that were breathtaking.

Conheço a Tatiana desde 2003, mas apenas em 2019 tive a oportunidade de contar com a ajuda dela na contratação de uma viagem através da Ganesh Turismo para a realização de um sonho, uma viagem para os Estados Unidos e Cruzeiro no Caribe.

A viagem em questão contou com alguns dias em um hotel de frente para o mar em Hollywood Beach na Florida, muito bem recomendado e escolhido pela Tatiana. O Hotel e o quarto foram bem detalhados e a ajuda dela na decisão de onde me hospedar foram fundamentais.

Após alguns dias relaxando no Hotel, embarquei em um Cruzeiro da Celebrity Tours para o Caribe. Não conhecia a Celebrity, empresa que me foi apresentada e recomendada pela Tatiana. Adorei a indicação e realizaria novos cruzeiros com a empresa novamente sem dúvida alguma.

Acho que o principal diferencial de ter contratado a Tatiana foi na parte final da viagem, quando passei dias muitos agradáveis visitando os parques de Orlando. A apresentação dos diferenciais para se hospedar em hotéis oficiais dos parques feita por ela, foi sem dúvida decisiva para que a minha experiência tenha sido muito melhor. Consegui ter acesso aos Parques em horários diferenciados e com a ajuda da Tatiana organizar os “Fast Pass” de acesso aos brinquedos mais concorridos fazendo com que cada dia rendesse muito mais.

A metodologia usada por ela nas visitas aos parques da Disney e Universal é especial. Conhecedora profunda dos parques e suas atrações, a Tatiana me elaborou um roteiro dia a dia detalhado. Também realizou todas as reservas nos restaurantes mais concorridos dos parques com meses de antecedência, e minha experiência foi completa. As indicações das melhores lojas para as compras, reserva dos carros e marcação dos assentos em todos os voos foram um serviço adicional.

Portanto, recomendo de olhos fechados Tatiana Cepeda como uma profissional diferenciada, altamente capacitada, confiável e dedicada na área do turismo. Tenho certeza de que a contratação da Tatiana será um diferencial em qualquer viagem. É diferente poder contar com alguém que realmente conhece o produto que está vendendo, pelo simples fato de estar estado nos lugares e ser uma estudiosa dos destinos.
